Tasks:

Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS)

· Evaluate QMS based on Huisman global system and recognized international/local standards(compliance matrix etc.), develop/maintain the QMS in line with applicable standards (Huisman global, ISO, OHSAS, API etc.);

· Develop and follow up of the quality assurance plan and focus on reliable, qualitative management;

· Accountable for all internal & external QMS assessment (audit) activities;

· Organize and follow up of Management review;

· Continual improvement of product quality and QMS

· Develop quality data system including data analysis and report;

· Accountable for client satisfaction survey including data analysis and report;

· Accountable for quality improvement proposal plan (QIPP) which initiated from quality data, client satisfaction survey etc.;

· Introduce quality tool within data analysis and QIPP;

3.
Supplier quality management

· Organize
supplier evaluation (audit etc.) at sourcing phase, follow up of NCR till
supplier qualified;

· Organize supplier performance evaluation together with SCM, initiate/propose of quality improvement plan for currently supplier database;

· Work with supply chain to improve supplier quality performance

O Others:

· Develop quality culture by approaches like training, campaign etc.

· Accountable for document control of QMS;

· Advice on Quality Assurance issues
