What You Will Do:

• Lead/drive technological innovation by initiating and executing research and development work with R&D team and other stakeholders according to the Company strategies. 根据公司战略，通过与研发部同事和其他利益相关者一起合作，引领和驱动技术创新。

• Ph.D. with about 3 years’ RD work experience.

• Can communicate with verbal and written English. The ideal candidate will be a self-starting, team-orientated individual who can operate independently and as part of a high-performance team. Strong project management skills and demonstrated technical and behavioural leadership are highly desirable.
