Purpose：
The Global Supply Chain Planner will drive end-to-end planning across both demand and supply for global manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for synchronizing commercial demand signals with supply capacity, inventory positioning, and execution constraints across Make-to-Order (MTO) and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) models.
The role leverages advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and SAP-based planning tools to deliver integrated demand and supply plans that optimize service levels, working capital, capacity utilization, and overall global supply chain performance.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities：
1、Develop, own, and maintain integrated demand, supply, and inventory plans across multiple regions and product categories.
2、Lead S&OP / IBP planning processes, aligning Sales, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance on a single consensus plan.
3、Manage planning across MTO and VMI supply chain models, ensuring alignment between demand signals, production capacity, and inventory strategy.
4、Apply predictive analytics, statistical models, and market intelligence to improve forecast accuracy and translate demand into executable supply requirements.
5、ncorporate new product introductions, capacity changes, sourcing strategies, and market trends into planning assumptions.
6、dentify gaps and risks across demand, supply, and inventory, and drive mitigation strategies such as capacity rebalancing, inventory repositioning, or sourcing adjustments.
7、Collaborate with global teams across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States to ensure planning alignment and execution readiness.
8、Own and deliver end-to-end planning KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Service Levels, Inventory Turns, Capacity Utilization, and Working Capital.
9、Support digital transformation initiatives through SAP and advanced planning tools, driving automation and continuous improvement.
10、 Provide scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and “what-if” modeling to support executive decision-making.
11、Perform other duties as required.
Education & Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
2、5+ years of end-to-end supply chain planning experience (demand, supply, and inventory) in a manufacturing environment; medical device, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
3、Strong knowledge of MTO and VMI models, including capacity, inventory, and lead-time trade-offs.
4、Proficiency in SAP or equivalent planning systems, with experience in integrated planning modules preferred.
5、Advanced analytical, statistical, and predictive modeling skills; Excel and Power BI expertise required.
6、Experience leading S&OP / IBP processes, including executive trade-off discussions.
7、Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
8、Detail-oriented, capable of managing complexity across multiple regions, plants, and product lines.
