KEY ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES 主要工作责任
- Develop & maintain manage long-term relationship with key accounts and work on the strategy to improve customer engagement.
- Drive the execution of all processes in the equipment and related consumables lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch NPL for related products
- National and provincial tendering pricing strategy execution and competitor information mapping
- China for China project support
- Responsible for product knowledge and strategy training to sales force
- Keep abreast of prevailing competitive market information to identify market development opportunities/risks
- Analyze internal sales data to provide management with timely and accurate sales and marketing analysis for quality decision making.
- Planning and support of marketing activities
- Work closely with sales, medical, distribution and other functions to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities
- 3rd-party supervision: Manage the Ad, PR agencies and the 3rd party cooperation
EDUCATION /QUALIFICATIONS 教育背景 / 任职资格
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in marketing or ophthalmology preferred.
- Good spoken and written English skill. English as working language in both speaking and writing.
- At least 5 years of marketing or training experience in the medical device field and equipment marketing field in MNC.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to details. Presentable English skill to global marketing team.
- A committed team player, able to work both independently and well interact with internal partners
