Main Accountabilities & Description of Activities 主要职责及具体工作任务

1. SHE&5S管理 SHE&5S Management

  • 负责组织风险评估(SEG)&管理规定的建立/更新,确保完善。

Responsible for organizing risk assessment (SEG)and establish/update regulations;

  • 组织日常的安全检查及隐患排查治理工作,及时消除事故隐患,参与公司安全生产相关活动。

Organize daily safety inspections and hazard investigation, promptly eliminate accident hazards, and participate in related safety activities. (Gemba Walk/SEA...);

  • 组织现场环境改善及符合SHE相关要求(符合IS014001认证)。

Organize plant environmental improvement and comply with SHE related requirements (for example IS014001 requirement);

  • 支持现场5S标准的建立及监督执行,确保日常状态保持。

Support the establishment of 5S standards, and take supervision.

2. 生产效率&产出、按时交付 Production Efficiency &Output, On-time Delivery

  • 支持&协调产线效率&产出等异常问题分析,组织提供相应的解决方案。

Support and coordinate the analysis of abnormal issues, such as production line efficiency, output, and find solutions.

  • 负责指导/监督、跟踪瓶颈机器效率提高;(SMED项目推动)。

Responsible for guiding/supervising, and tracking efficiency improvement of bottleneck machine; (SMED project promotion)

  • 负责生产现场的工艺指导、管理、监督和技术服务,满足按时交付。

Responsible for the process guidance, management, supervision, and technical services of production management, to ensure timely delivery;

  • 负责新业务/新产线效率和产出持续优化,确保产线正常高效运转。

Responsible for continuously optimizing the efficiency and output of new businesses/production lines, ensuring the normal and efficient operation of the production line.

3. 生产流程的优化(物料流、WIP 管理, SlOB管理等)Optimization of production processes (material flow, WIP management, SlOB management, etc.)

  • 负责协助完善及优化生产流程,建立、健全生产部门精细管理制度。

Responsible for the improvement and optimization of production processes, and help to establish and improve the management systems & regulations of production departments;

  • 协调相关部门对WIP和SLOB库存物料降低和快速流转改善。

Coordinate to reduce WIP and SLOB inventory materials to make quick flow, with cooperation with other departments.

  • 支持现场物料流转状态管理,制定改善方案/推动实施跟踪并加以评估。

Support status management of on-site material flow, develop improvement plans, drive implementation, track and make evaluation;

4.质量(Scrap, reject, complain) Quality (Scrap, reject, complain)

  • 组织废丝和不良数据分析及改进方案推动。

Organize the analysis of scrap, reject, and make improvements accordingly

  • 组织生产过程工艺检查,发现问题及时纠正并协调持续改善。

Organize production process inspection, try to find root causes and find solutions

  • 支持客诉问题处理,配合制定相应解决方案并做好后续跟踪。

Support the handling of customer complaints, cooperate in developing solutions, and make following

  • 现有产品质量评审/检验标准和客户要求的符合性的查验。

Organize compliance between existing product quality review/inspection standards and customer requirements;

  • 参与产品质量前期策划,实施并跟踪。

Participate in the preliminary planning of product quality, implement and make tracking.

5. 标准化 (SOP、体系完善、技能提高/考核、合理化建议、部门文化建设..)Standardization (SOP, system improvement, skill improvement/assessment, rationalization suggestions, departmental cultural construction...)

  • 组织和评估SOP更新和再培训。

Responsible for SOP update and training

  • 组织体系符合性,并保持完善和建立相关培训计划。

Establish and improve the training plans to satisfy system requirement.

  • 组织提高现场操作人员技及技能评估&考核。

Organize the evaluation and assessment of on-site operator skills,

  • 合理化建议收集/协调解决。

Collection/coordination of employees' suggestions;

  • 组织相关活动促进部门文化建立(改善项目开展/技能竞赛/优秀评比等)。

Organize relevant activities to promote the establishment of departmental culture (improve project implementation/skill competitions/excellent

evaluations, etc.)

  • 负责产线标准件/工艺件/生产工具&工装&夹具等的导入和维护管理。

Responsible for the maintenance management of production line standard parts/process parts/production tools &fixtures, etc;

Qualifications 任职要求

  1. College Degree and above;
  2. Above 5 years relevant production work experience;
  3. Mechanical or electromechanical majors;
  4. Familiar with visual management and 5S management;
  5. Eager to learn new things and looks for improvements in all aspects relating to the department, whether technical or managerial;
  6. Very strict in the implementation of procedures and conveys this attitude to his/her subordinates;
  7. Analyses production data accurately, sees deviations and looks for causes. Offers suggestions for improvement;
  8. Is a courageous, honest and fair person who succeeds in gaining trust from his subordinates and is prepared not only to give positive feedback but also negative feedback.
