一、岗位职责 Responsibilities
1、核心资料管理：全面负责海外项目技术资料的整理、翻译、校对与版本控制，确保其准确性与交付及时性；
Document Management: Fully responsible for translation, proofreading and version control of technical documents for overseas projects, ensuring their accuracy and timely delivery.
2、认证与合规支持：独立负责或主导项目所需的国内外技术认证、标准符合性文件（如CE, UL等）的申报材料准备、翻译及流程跟进；
Certification and Compliance Support:In charge of leading the preparation of the application materials, translation, and process follow-up for domestic and international technical certifications and standard compliance documents (such as CE, UL, etc.) required for the project.
3、口译与沟通协调：承担项目技术会议、客户沟通及工厂审核的现场口译工作，确保信息精准传递；作为技术沟通桥梁，协调内外部资源；
Communication and Coordination: Undertake on-site interpretation at project technical meetings, customer communication, and factory audits to ensure accurate information transmission; act as a communication bridge between internal and external parties to coordinate resources.
4、术语库与知识管理：建立并维护公司机械电气领域的专业英语术语库，持续优化翻译模板与工作流程。
Terminology Library and Knowledge Management: Establish and maintain a professional English terminology library in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering of the company, and continuously optimize translation templates and work processes.

二、任职要求 Qualifications
1、本科及以上学历，英语专业能力：CET-6级或同等水平（如TEM-4、雅思6.5），具备优秀的技术文档笔译和技术会议现场口译能力；
Bachelor's degree or above, English proficiency: CET-6 level or equivalent (such as TEM-4, IELTS 6.5), with excellent skills in translating technical documents and interpreting at technical conferences.
2、具备良好的沟通能力和跨文化合作能力；
Strong communication skills and Cross-cultural cooperation ability.
3、积极主动，能在压力下工作。
Proactive, able to work under pressure.
