Responsibility
Manage and develop relationships with defined customer.(KPI:customer satisfaction)
Lead and drive CFT team with customer product claim, delivery, NPI and so on.
Bring and sharing the information from customers to internal and taking care that it has been understood and related action fulfilled.
Make sure product prices are up-to-date, order/forecasts are verified and correct processed in company.(KPI:customer wanted delivery OTD)
Make accurate monthly forecast and comparison from actual to frozen sales plan.
Do well customer master, and make excellent business development strategy to explore new business and expand existed business.(KPI:Customer gross margin)
Take care product ramp-up, ramp-down and version change to minimum the material excess/obsolete risk.(KPI:material ITO/DOS)
Requirements
Skills in project planning,budget controlling and managing deliverables on schedule.
Good leadship to drive Customer Fcous Team.
Good planning and time management skills.
Excellent English language both in oral and written.
Excellent negotiation skill to balance customer needs.
