Accountabilities:

• To develop new business in assigned geographical area and/or market
  segment;


• To identify customers total supply chain need and work with other
  support team in coming up with proposal and quotation;


• To offer price and conduct sales negotiation though analysis of
  business structure in terms of revenue and cost;


• To establish long-term strategic partnership with clients, account
  management, bid management and contract negotiation;


• To work together with Customer Service, Operation and Project team
  to ensure service excellence;


• To share valuable market information within the team and the network
  for management strategic decision making;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, major in Logistics/Sales Marketing related
  preferred;


• 5 year relevant working experience;


• Familiar with local business environment and international business
  development trends, good sense of the industry development trend and
  requirements;


• Familiar with international logistics operation environment
  preferred;


• Project management skill, ability to find and develop new business
  and to write up logistics solution proposal;


• Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, leading, optimistic
  personality and capable to work in team


• Good command of English, excellent presentation skill, excellent
  communication and interpersonal skills


• Good PC skills, eg. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
