职位描述

Essential Functions:


1. Develop Global Account Base in China and Support Global Account Implementation world-wide.


2. Promote the new initiative and business development plan; customized digital supply chain solution to the global account.


3. Connection Bridge between China and Global Sales Division.


4. Manage key account customers in China, draft and integrate the budget, Incremental Sales plan and lead the incremental sales for the responsible accounts across the region.


5. Manage customer relationship; provide solution to critical operational issues. Involve Operation team and Customer Service team for issue resolving and new project implementation.


6. Minimize the customer complaints, increase the customer satisfaction.


7. Work cross region, cross business unit and cross function based on customer’s requirement.


Scope and Accountability:


1. Promoting cross selling across regions and business units and identify new potential business opportunities from global account.


2. Develop and maintain account relationships within and global account’s organization, with national wide Coverage.


3. Formulating cross-business-unit / Cross region solutions to fulfil end to end supply chain strategy.


4. Achieve the sales target which assigned on monthly/yearly basis.


5. Provide solution to critical operational issues. Involve local office team for issue resolving and new project implementation.


6. Lead responses to RFQ/RFP of the global accounts and drive the implementation afterwards.


7. Establish long-term strategic partnership with clients, account management, bid management and contract negotiation;


8. Support other internal organizations to secure the business opportunities or sales leads;


9. Share valuable market information within the team and the network for management strategic decision making;


10. Develop extensive knowledge of the customers’ industry, their customers and their critical business issues, incl. finance, operation and the supply chain.


11. Regularly review with customers on achievement of performance outcomes including collation of customer agreed KPI’s, organize the regular meeting with operations and service team.


12. Contract renewal or any new RFQ tendered for incremental business from the accounts.


13. Lead or give support to local sales team on individual industry approach.


Qualification Requirements:


1. Bachelor’s degree, major in Logistics/Sales Marketing related preferred.


2. 6 years relevant working experience.


3. Deep understanding of Contract Logistics strategy, Sea freight and airfreight products and solutions for price, cost and commercial preferred.


4. Familiar with local business environment and international business development trends, good sense of the industry development trend and requirements;


5. Familiar with international logistics operation environment preferred;


6. Project management skill, ability to find and develop new business and to write up logistics solution proposal.


7. Familiar with international supply chain digital transformation.


8. Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, leading, optimistic personality and capable to work in team.


9. Good command of English (written & spoken), excellent presentation
skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills


10. Good PC skills, eg. Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
