Accountabilities:
- Providing high quality Customer Service & daily Operations service to account;
- Well coordinating between customers’ service requests and Carriers’ standard service guideline;
- Well coordinating daily Operations process, i.e. Trucking Fleet arrangement, Export Declaration process, Warehouse stuffing process, etc;
- Well filing all concerning documents: Shipping Order, Booking Acknowledgement, Invoices, B/L, Export documents, etc;
- Well doing daily performance list for management review.
- Well communicating internally and externally.
Requirements:
- College/Bachelor, preferably in shipping/transportation related field;
- Holding Customs broker qualification license is preferred;
- Good command of both oral and written English;
- Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
- Mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent problem solving skills;
- Must be a team player.
