职位描述
General Support Personnel provide comprehensive technical support to ensure a seamless user experience.
1. Technical Support: Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues via onsite or remote channels.
2. Equipment Management: Prepare, configure, and deliver IT equipment to users.
3. Incident Handling: Log and escalate incidents/service requests in ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution.
4. Meeting Support: Set up, test, and troubleshoot video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Webex) and meeting room equipment.
5. Process Enhancement: Propose improvements to workflows and procedures to boost efficiency and user experience.
6. User Engagement: Exhibit strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
