Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Product Assistant to join our team. As a part of the product team,you will assist the product manager in product planning, design, anddevelopment. Recent graduates are welcome to apply, and we offer growth and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

1. Market and User Research: Collect market trends, competitive analysis, and user feedback to support product decisions.
2. Requirement Analysis and Documentation: Assist in organizing product requirements and writing PRD (Product Requirement Documents) to ensure clear and executable requirements.
3. Prototyping: Use tools like Axure, Sketch, etc., to design prototypes and support product design and development.
4. Cross-department Collaboration:
   Work with the development, design, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor product data, analyze user behavior, and propose improvement plans to optimize the product experience.
6. Documentation and Support: Manage and update product documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, recent graduates preferred,
   majoring in Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing, or
   related fields.
2. Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
   skills, with CET-6 or other relevant English certifications; with the
   ability to communicate smoothly and read English materials.
3. Proficient in using prototyping tools such as Axure, Sketch,
   etc., and able to independently create prototypes.
4. Experience in writing PRD documents, with the ability to
   clearly articulate product requirements.
5. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability
   to work effectively with multiple teams to drive project progress.
6. A good sense of product design and user experience, with an
   innovative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile development processes, and product
  internship experience is a plus.
• Basic data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel or other
  analytical tools.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello,
  etc.
