• 熟练运用CAD、Photoshop、V-Ray、Revit/BIM和 Rhino Grasshopper等工作软件；

• 良好的沟通能力和团队技巧；

• 有上进心，努力工作；

• 研究生及以上学历；

• 流利的普通话和英语口语及书面写作。

Architectural Designer

• Relevant experience in mixed-use, retail, hotel and office projects.

• Able to work closely with clients and the project team.

• Hands-on skills in CAD, Photoshop, V-Ray, Revit/BIM and Rhino Grasshopper.

• Good communication and team skills.

• Self-motivated and hardworking.

• Post-graduate with relevant recognized qualification is required.

• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
