MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
Ensure correct handling of non-conforming or suspect delivered goods according to procedure 0000-83-0100. Organize internal meetings to coordinate problem analysis and solution in case of customer claims or concerns.
Handle customer claims and file 8D reports according to procedure 0000-83-0200.
Keep close communication with the customer to get their expectation and feedback considered within the company.
Support internal core team to review related technical documents.
Conduct monthly monitoring and analysis of customer non-conformities (claims and online service records) and customer PPM.
Conduct employee training to online service operators.
Requirement要求
University or college degree in engineering
3 years of experience in quality assurance within automotive industry
Fluent in verbal and written English
MS Office required, SAP desired
Quality management requirements according to ISO/TS 16949
Product and process audit according to VDA 6.3/6.5
Quality management tools (Q7 tools)
Automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
