岗位职责Job Responsibilities
● 负责指导、监督操作员工按SOP/WI执行生产动作，使其符合生产流程、工艺、质量和安全的要求
Responsible for guiding and supervising operators to execute production actions according to SOP/WI to ensure that they comply with production process, process, quality and safety requirements.
● 按照生产计划，根据现场人、机、料、法、环进行生产任务拆解并排产，保质保量完成生产目标
According to the production plan, disassemble the production task according to the site personnel, machine, material, method and environment，scheduling and achieve the production target with quality and quantity.
● 制定员工的培训计划，通过多种方法培养和挖掘具备生产所需技能和素质的人才
Develop staff training plans, through a variety of methods to cultivate and explore talents with the skills and qualities required for production
● 对生产成本负责，通过精益管理或改善项目，实现持续的降本增效
Responsible for production costs, achieve continuous cost reduction and efficiency improvement through lean management or project improvement.
● 对产品质量负责，对品质波动及时进行原因分析并做出调整，避免或减少质量风险
Responsible for product quality, timely analysis of quality fluctuations and make adjustments to avoid or reduce quality risks.
● 对车间6S负责，定期开展培训、检查、评比活动，持续提升现场管理水平
Responsible for workshop 6S, regularly carry out training, inspection, evaluation activities, and continue to improve the level of site management.
● 履行公司质量、安全、两化融合及能源管理体系要求，推进公司数字化战略项目的落地
Fulfill the requirements of the company's quality, safety, Integrate IT Application with Industrialization and energy management system, and promote the landing of the company's digital strategic projects.
● 完成上级分配的其他任务
Complete other tasks assigned by Senior Supervisor or Production Manager.
任职要求Job Requirements
● 三年以上生产管理相关工作经验。熟悉镀膜设备（如：Leybold, Intec镀膜机）及工艺，具备真空镀膜的相关基础理论知识，有独立解决真空镀膜生产中的一般性问题的能力。了解SAP、ERP、MES、TPM、OA等系统的应用场景，具有一定的使用经验。
At least 3 years working experience in production management. Familiar with AR coating equipment (such as Leybold, Intec coating machine) and process, have basic knowledge of AR coating, and have the ability to solve general problems in AR coating production independently. Understand the usage scenario of SAP, ERP, MES, TPM，OA and other systems, and have certain experience in using them.
● 熟练操作Excel、Word、Outlook 和 PowerPoint。
Familiar with Excel、Word、Outlook and PowerPoint.
● 具备较好英语读写及一定口语交流能力。
Good English on reading, writing and oral communication
● 具备一定的6S，PDCA，TWI和品质管理6sigma等知识。
Familiar with 6S, PDCA, TWI quality management (6 sigma) and so on;
● 具有高度的责任心，和较强的学习能力。
