- 根据客户需求制定生产周计划及中，长期主生产计划以达到平滑生产目的。
- Make weekly production plan and long-term master production plan according to customer demand to achieve smooth production purpose
- 负责客户订单执行完成并达到OTD KPI指标Responsible for customer order execution and OTD KPI targets
- 产成品库存管理， 呆滞库存定期处理 Finished product inventory management, regular handling of idle inventory
- 制定模具需求计划 mold requirement plan
- 根据产品种类变化， 及生产单元、计划的复杂程度，适时主导项目以达到简化生产，提高效率，流程优化的目的。
- According to the change of product type and the complexity of production unit and plan, lead the project in time to achieve the purpose of simplifying production, improving efficiency and optimizing process
岗位职责 Responsibility
1、 在计划经理的指导下,持续改进和完善生产计划流程.
Continuously improve and perfect the production planning process under the guidance of the program manager
2、 熟悉U8\MES操作流程,积极主动学习系统新功能和参与讨论开发新需求.
Familiar with the U8\MES operation process, actively learn the new functions of the system and participate in the discussion and development of new requirements.
3、 与需求计划员紧密沟通,对客户的需求做出快速反应,确保提供优质及时服务.
Communicate closely with the demand planner, respond quickly to the needs of customers, and ensure the provision of quality and timely service.
4、 与物料协调员紧密沟通,确保长短期生产计划执行的可行性.
Communicate closely with material coordinator to ensure the feasibility of long- and short-term production plan.
5、 按时制定平稳的长期及短期生产计划,相应的库存变化及产能匹配需求计划.
Make stable long-term and short-term production plans on time, corresponding inventory changes and capacity matching demand plans.
6、 协调与监督生产计划按时按量完成,对完不成计划的产品及时查找原因并提出解决措施.
Coordinate and supervise the completion of the production plan on time and in quantity, find out the reasons for the products that cannot be completed and put forward solutions in time.
7、 依据生产实际情况和客户需求变化,制定日调整生产计划或生产再加工计划.
According to the actual situation of production and customer demand changes, make daily adjustment production plan or production reprocessing plan.
8、 参与生产线的相关例会,质量相关会议等,及时掌握有关产品生产的信息,分析对订单的影响并知会需求计划员.
Participate in the production line related meetings, quality related meetings, etc., timely grasp the information about product production, analyze the impact on the order and inform the demand planner.
9、 根据公司的新产品,新项目,参与制定和执行相应的爬坡计划.
According to the company's new products, new projects, participate in the development and implementation of the corresponding climbing plan.
10、 准时完成相关报表，并提交给相关人员；完成计划主管交办的其它工作.
Complete the relevant reports on time and submit to the relevant personnel; Complete other tasks assigned by project supervisor.
任职资格 Qualification
本科或以上学历
二年以上相关工作经验
英语良好，具备听、说、读、写能力
了解MES/U8系统；
能熟练操作EXCEL、WORD 等办公软件；
具有较强的逻辑思维能力，能冷静的思考问题；2、有良好的沟通、组织、协调能力。
