岗位概述Position Summary

负责协助设施工程部经理完成厂房设施及动力设备的运营管理，以及厂房设施的改造升级项目工程。

Responsible for the factory's facilities and utilities operation

management, and upgrade & optimization project of workshop facilities.

岗位职责 Responsibility

-负责指导技术员、助理工程师完成本职工作，帮助其完成巡检、维护、故障检修、设备改造升级等工作；

Responsible for guiding technicians and assistant engineers to complete their own work, and helping them to complete inspection, maintenance, fault repair, equipment transformation and upgrading.

-组织完成厂房设施的改造项目以及变更控制，并对施工方进行管理；

Organize and complete the renovation project and change control of factory facilities, and manage the construction party.

-负责故障率高、或者存在较大故障的动力设施管理工作，通过技术改造、维保措施改善等多种手段提升设备的可靠性；

Responsible for the management of power facilities with high failure rate or large faults, and improve the reliability of equipment through technical transformation, maintenance measures and other means.

-负责生产环境温度、湿度、压差、洁净度的稳定性保障，对异常情况进行分析调查；

Responsible for the stability guarantee of production environment temperature, humidity, pressure difference and cleanliness, and analyze and investigate abnormal conditions.

-负责厂房设施体系文件的编写和维护；

Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of plant facility system documents.

-负责完成厂房设施相关的验证工作及环境分析；

Responsible for the change management of plant facilities.

-负责厂房设施的不合格调查，完成部门质量目标；

Responsible for investigating non-conformities in factory facilities and achieving departmental quality objectives.

-定期向上级汇报厂房环境、动力设施的相关情况；

Responsible for regularly reporting the plant environment and power facilities to superiors.

-完成上级领导临时交给的工作任务。

Complete temporary tasks assigned by supervisor.

任职要求 Qualification

-本科及以上学历，机电相关专业。

Bachelor or above, electromechanical engineering relevant.

-三年以上的设施及设备的管理经验。

More than 3 years management experience in facilities and equipment.

-了解医疗行业洁净间设施要求，有洁净空调相关经验。

Familiar with the requirements and standard of clean room facilities in medical device industry and have experience in clearn air conditioning.

-优秀的设备故障分析与处理能力。

Experience in quipment failure analysis and treatment.

-英文听说读写能力良好。

Ability to read and write in English, CET-4/6 is preferenced.

-强烈的责任心。

Strong sense of responsibility.

-较强的组织管理能力

Good organization and management skills
