负责生产和工艺的持续优化和管理；关键项目管理，推动部门转型变革；负责人员发展等。

Responsible for production & process management, to drive continues improvement. Responsible for key projects management, participate and drive digital transformation. Responsible for people development.

岗位职责 Responsibility

1. Production & Process Management

-Production KPI Metrics achievement management (Quality , Cost , Yield & HPK );

-Process optimization and innovation management , also including daily process problem-solving management

-Lead Cost Down Projects to achieve COMPETE target ;

-Productivity Continuous Improvement ;

-Quality and claim continuous improvement management;

-Work closely with Maintenance Team on Machine TPM ;

-Material & Information flow optimization;

-Workshop 6S & GSR management

-Digitalization introducer and facilitator .

2. Strategy Project Management and Digital transformation

-Verify the Strategy projects from the End to End process analysis .

-Project Integration management through Initiating ,Planning, Executing, Monitoring & -Controlling and the Closing Phase );

-Project Scope & Changes Management;

-Project Resource , Cost, & Communication Management ;

-Project Timeline & Delivery Management;

-Working with Dept Manager to make the department digital transformation strategy and roadmap .

3. People development

-Lead Culture Journey to let team have deep immersion on Company Value and strategy ;

-Analyze the Organization capability gap and set the training plan ;

-Empower team to act and win ;

-Employee Career optimization to engage people;

-Organization leadership sustainability development.

任职资格 Qualification

1. 本科及以上学历，化学，光学，材料等相关专业，有同等职务三年以上（在外资任职）

Bachelor’s degree,Chemical major related.More than 3 years of experience in a similar position (working in a foreign company).

2. 有在大规模生产过程中单独或组织解决工艺问题的经验

Experience in independently or collectively resolving process issues in mass production.

3. 熟练操作Excel、Word、Outlook 和 PowerPoint。

Familiar with Excel、Word、Outlook and PowerPoint.

4. 英语听说写熟练。

Good English on reading, writing and oral communication

5. 熟悉6S，SPC，项目管理和品质管理6sigma等知识。

Familiar with 6S, SPC, Project management, quality management (6 sigma) and so on.

6. 较强的数据分析能力。

Strong ability on data analysis.

7. 具有高度的责任心，和较强的学习能力。

High responsibility, and fast-learning ability.

8. 具有较好的协调能力和团队精神。

Good coordinating and teamwork spirit.

9. 具有较强的项目管理能力。

Strong PMP ability.
