职责描述：

1.根据公司批准的各类采购要求进行采购，采购内容包括生产物料以及非生产物料，并跟踪采购订单状态；

Release purchase order to the vender approved by company management and monitor the order execution. The content is included with direct materials and commodities.

2.根据合同要求协调供应商交货时间，提高供方交货准时率及一次检验合格率，同时注意控制库存水平；

Coordinate the delivery time for different vender in the project. Improve the supplier’s OTD and primary qualification. Control the inventory.

3.及时了解原材料市场信息和供应商生产状态，积极采取措施降低采购成本；

Timely understanding of raw material market information and supplier production status, and actively take measures to reduce the cost of procurement

4.了解公司ISO9001、ESH出口合规等各项体系对采购的要求，确保采购活动符合公司政策及法律法规；

Understand the procurement requirements of ISO9001, ESH export compliance and other systems of the company, and ensure that procurement activities comply with company policies and laws and regulations.

5.维护采购合同数据和文档、标准成本信息，并按公司要求进行统计、分析和报告；

Maintain purchase contract data and documentation, standard cost information, and perform statistics, analysis and reporting as required by the company

6.配合其他部门解决与采购及供应商相关事宜；

Cooperate with other departments to solve the issue related with purchasing and supplier;

7.维护ERP系统物料相关基础数据，并按部门经理要求作相应分析报告

Maintained basic data of ERP system materials function, and made corresponding analysis report as required by department manager

8.完成部门经理或公司领导交办的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by department manager or company leader.

任职要求：

1.理工科机械类或商科贸易类大学本科以上学历；

Bachelor degree or above in Business, engineering or International Trading.

2.5年以上采购工作经验，熟悉国际、国内贸易实务；

5 years of experience in Purchasing and understand import & export trade.

3.熟练使用电脑，熟悉办公自动化；

Good computer skills, Ms Office or ERP system experience is preferred.

4..良好的沟通能力，英语CET-4或以上水平，听说读写流利；

CET-4 or above, familiar with oral and written English.

5.具较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够承受工作压力。

Strong communication skills and team work spirit, able to work under pressure.
