【新建学校项目，工作地点在珠海】

岗位职责：

1、负责组织和管理项目执行的各个阶段的工作，包括设计、采购、施工和竣工验收。

2、对整个施工进行有效的项目管理、进度控制、成本控制和质量控制。

3、与业主方、施工单位、业主委托的其他服务单位及各政府部门进行沟通，使得项目施工符合业主与政府部门的各项要求。

4、管理工程管理中的各项合同，技术与商务等方面的关系。

5、 高效的组织所有现场工作，协调现场各承包商的施工活动和各类材料设备的采购与供应。

6、领导项目管理团队卓有成效的完成各项工作。

7、完成并提供各类重要的报告与文件。

Roles and Responsibilities

1、Organize and manage all phases of project execution including design, procurement, construction and handover.

2、Take overall control of EHS management as well as quality, cost and schedule control.

3、Communicate and coordinate with client, construction contractors, other service providers and governmental authorities and guarantee the success of project execution.

4、Manage the technical and commercial aspects of all contracts.

5、Organize and management of all on site activities, coordinate the construction of all contractors and equipment/material delivery.

6、Lead the project team to fulfill all project management responsibilities.

7、Prepare and submit weekly report, monthly report etc.

任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，土木/结构、岩土工程专业。

2、10年以上项目管理经验。

3、国际工程项目管理经验者优先。

4、熟悉本专业的各类设计和施工验收规范。

5、熟悉招投标技术管理流程，并有成功案例。

6、良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力,具备服务意识和团队精神；

7、能够承受较强的工作压力。

8、良好的英语和计算机能力，良好的工作报告能力。

Qualification:

1、Bachelor degree or above, major in civil、structural、geotechnical engineering.

2、10 years of project management experience.

3、International project experience is a plus.

4、Familiar with the design and construction inspection code and standards.

5、Familiar with bidding/tendering process.

6、Strong planning capability and Interpersonal skills. Good team player.

7、Can work under pressure.

8、Good command of English and computer skills, good report and presentation capability.
