What you’ll do:
· Lead CS team for customer on time delivery
· Lead MP to make sure all materials are available to meet production requirements in a timely manner
· Lead PP to for MPS and balance material flow to meet customer and optimize inventory
· Chair plant SIOP meeting and make sure production schedules are rectified, reconciled at the meeting
· Be responsible for all ERP HC and ensure system master data accuracy
· Regular review material key metric (DOH&OTD&E&O) and take quick action if missed target
· Customer and supplier management to reduce premium cost
· Assist department manager for data reporting and maintain different reporting systems to make sure that all forms of documentation are accurate and timely.
· Assist department manager for process (SIOP & customer management & material planning & Inventory management) review and optimize to meet business requirement
· Lead planning team to fully engage project for material readiness and as material contactor to coordinate into material team to meet project requirement
· Backup as materials manager once absence
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· More than 5 years’ work experience in planning, and at least 2 years’ experience of Auto industry
· Good command in English communication
· Proficient in Oracle, MS-Office Software, such as Word, excel, PowerPoint
· Excellent communication skill
