职位描述
What you’ll do:
● Prepare and deliver daily/weekly sales flash reports to support business visibility and decision-making.
● Lead month-end closing activities, including sales and COGS reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
● Manage daily price quotations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support commercial operations.
● Consolidate and analyze reporting packages from plant and division levels, driving insights and consistency.
● Support process transitions and documentation, contributing to operational standardization.
● Assist with internal/external audits, annual filings, and certificate updates.
● Own and maintain GL-related controls and monthly account analysis.
● Participate in other projects and assignments as needed to support the goals of the team.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects
● 3-5 years of accounting experience
● Proficient in MS office and accounting software
● Good communication in oral and written English
● Prefer to have project management or process transition experience
● A good team player with a positive outlook and can work under pressure
● The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter
● Willing to undertake the team’s responsibility, result orientation
● Active commutation with customers to achieve win-win, logical thinking and explanation
