What you’ll do:
Customer issue management, proactively work with front office to close the
open issues timely and reduce the big complains from the
customer side. hold meeting with cross function team for investigation,
analysis and follow up action plans.
客诉质量问题处理，及时关闭客诉，能够组织会议对质量问题进行调查，分析和制定改善措施并追踪执行。
Be responsible for in process nonconformity, closure with corrective action and preventive action.
负责制程不良问题的改善，制定改善措施和预防措施。
Improve product quality through quality tools, customer feedback, etc.
能够应用常规质量工具进行品质改善。
Lead quality statistical analysis and prepare quality report.
进行质量数据分析，完成相应质量报表或报告。
Handle other tasks assigned by leader. 领导要求的其他工作事项。
Qualifications:
1、本科学历、工科学位优先
2、3年以上低压电气领域工程或质量工作经验
3、熟悉电气行业生产工艺和质量控制
