Plan and execute field testing to support new hybrids and technologies evaluations, include testing network management, data collection, FABs (feature, advantage and benefits) analysis, and trial reports writing.

2、向渠道和客户展示新品种、新技术的价值。

Demonstrate the value of new products and technologies to external customers.

3、向内外部客户提供技术方面的培训。

Provide field management training to sales department and external customers.

4、与商务团队一起处理可能的田间投诉，提供相应技术支持。

Cooperate with commercial team on possible complaint management.

5、主动建立并维护内外部关系网络，促进团队业务开展。

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

6、收集各种市场信息，发现市场机遇并协助团队制定行动计划。

Collect market information for competitive intelligence analysis, identify business opportunities for future success.

任职条件：

1、硕士及以上学历，本科学历要求有3年以上相关工作经验；农学、植保、园艺、作物育种、作物栽培及相关专业。

Master or Doctor Degree in agronomy, horticulture, crop protection, plant breeding, plant cultivation, etc. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience

2、有田间试验工作经验者（栽培、植保、肥料）优先考虑。

Experience on crop cultivation, crop protection or fertilization will be a plus.

3、具备一定的数据分析汇总能力，如微软常用软件及试验设计、分析软件等。

Good computer skills include data analysis and presentation skills (i.e. Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook/Data analysis software).

4、英语听说读写能力。

Good English skills.

5、可以适应经常性出差，愿意深入农村开展工作。

Willingness to travel, drive and live/work in a rural environment.
