1、 协助产量测试经理进行吉林、辽宁、黑龙江、内蒙古、西北育种试验点的设置、管理、性状调查和数据汇总。
Assisted the Yield Testing Manager in the setup, management, trait investigation and data summarization of breeding trial sites in Jilin, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and Northwest China.
2、 参与绿色通道试验报告撰写，联合体试验管理，引种备案，自主生产试验方案提交，品种审定等相关工作。
Participated in the draft of green channel annual reports, joint trial management, introduction filing, submission of independent production trial plans, hybrids registration and other related professional work.
3、参加春夏玉米区试验点的播种和收获，农机设备的维护和保养。
Attend planting and harvesting activities in spring and summer corn region, as well as agricultural machinery maintenance.
4、跟踪试验点病情发展情况，协助病理经理和育种家进行病害调查等工作。
Track the disease development of yield trial locations, assist pathologist and breeder on disease rating and other related works.
5、参加长春育种站的日常管理工作。
Take part in daily operation of Changchun breeding station.
6、助团队完成其他相关工作。
Be active in other teamwork.

任职要求Requirements:
1、研究生学历或本科学历加三年工作经验，农学、植保、作物育种、农机等相关专业。
MS Degree or BS Degree with 3 year work experience；majored in agronomy, plant protection, plant breeding, agricultural machinery or related disciplines.
2、良好的沟通和人际交往能力，具备良好的团队合作精神。
Good communication skills and team spirit.
3、可将英语作为工作语言进行一般口头和书面交流。
Good English skills.
4、熟练运用Office办公软件，具有良好的数据分析处理能力。
Good computer, data analysis and summarization skills (i.e. Microsoft Office).
5、愿意深入农村展开工作，适应经常性出差。
