1. Digital Inks & Process orders accurately and efficiently in SAP.
2. Prepare the paperwork for the import and export custom clearance including custom inspection.
3. Co-ordinate the supply of orders in liaison with customers, freight carriers, warehouse and Sun manufacturing locations, ensuring that customer orders are shipped and delivered in line with expectations.
4. Deal with customers in a professional, helpful and efficient manner.
5. Support Plant Production planning.
6. Assist Supply Chain leader to manage the 3rd party supplier and Regulatory Affairs.
7. Review and updated safety stock level for both finished goods and raw materials.
8. Respond effectively to changing priorities.
Qualification
1. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
2. Able to communicate both written and verbally in English.
3. Able to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines.
4. Good IT skills.
5. Experience of ERP systems and chemical clearance.
6. Flexible approach and ability to meet deadlines.
