Responsibility
• Receive & Process orders accurately and efficiently in SAP.
• Prepare the paperwork for the import and export custom clearance.
• Co-ordinate the supply of orders in liaison with customers, freight carriers, warehouse and Sun manufacturing locations, ensuring that customer orders are shipped and delivered in line with expectations.
• Deal with customers in a professional, helpful and efficient manner.
• Plant Production planning.
• Review and updated safety stock level for both finished goods and raw materials.
• Respond effectively to changing priorities.
Qualification
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Able to communicate both written and verbally in English.
• Able to plan and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good IT skills.
• Experience of ERP systems.
• Flexible approach and ability to meet deadlines.
