Key Responsibilities 主要职能:
- Develop and nurture health relationship with existing key accounts. 与公司大客户保持良性沟通,进一步发展和夯实良性业务关系。
- Act as reliable advisor, understanding client’s demand, supply chain target and challenges. 作为客户可信赖的合作伙伴,需时时了解客户需求,供应链目标及挑战。
- Identify and capture new business opportunities within key accounts. 识别和积极获取新业务机会点。
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with company objectives. 发展并执行与公司目标一致的客户战略计划。
- Perform as control tower to monitor all performances and guarantee all KPI over target. 作为项目负责人,需监控并确保所有业务考核指标均达标。
- Achieve and exceed volume and profitability targets for assigned key accounts. 对公司指派的客户,需达到业务体量及营业额良性增长目标。
- Leverage and integrate all resource to deal with RFP/RFQ/RFQ/Spot responses, cross function cooperation with each party to present a customized proposition. 整合利用所有内外部资源为客户输出定制化方案,以满足日常零单询价,RFI, RFQ及RFP。
Qualifications:职位要求
College or Bachelor degree 拥有大专或学士学位
Excellent computer literacy of Excel data analysis, PowerPoint熟练掌握Excel数据分析及PPT制作能力
Self-propelled individual and team player自我推动及团队合作精神
Minimum 3 years related experience on account management in Logistics field.至少3年在物流领域大客户管理经验
