In charge of commercialization in assigned established and new markets
Achieve sales target via alliance management with local partners and internal cross-functional team work
Leverage TP’s strength to support local partners to develop brand strategy, market penetration plan and evidence based clinical development
主要职责
1. Be responsible for the business development in assigned new markets:
Coordinate oversea partner, consultant and internal partner to achieve product registration
Source potential collaboration partners or distributors and build business models
Support to set up brand strategy and business plan with partners
Screen and establish contacts with potential domestic suppliers, introduce products, and obtain exclusive product agency rights to enhance overseas business scale
2. Be responsible for the business development in assigned and established market to achieve sales target
Track and monitor local business via routine communication with partners
Support partners to optimize the business strategy and plan with market insight
Leverage TP’s strength to support market penetration in local area via cross-functional team work
3.Coordinate oversea partners, plant, freight forwarders and financial team for order production, export, payment collection, etc., and timely follow up the payment of goods and suppliers
4. Be responsible for sales achievement of assigned market
5. Support PV team for oversea PV management
6. Support department head to control the budget and set up rolling sales forecast
7. Be responsible for the handling of procedures related to international business, and establish contact with local drug administration, customs and other government departments, including but not limited to the handling of export sales certificates, customs declaration and inspection, notarization or consular authentication of documents, etc
任职资格
1. Bachelor, post graduate or above
2. Major fields in Clinical Medicine, Pharmaceutics, international trade or oversea education experience should be a plus
3. More than 3 years of international sales experience, with FDF or medical device sales channels and customer resources; Working experience in the same level in the well-known pharmaceutical industry should be a plus
4. More than 3 years solid sales and central marketing experience in pharma and medical equipment industry, experience in MNC company or oversea market should be a plus
5. Solid experience in handling business development, negotiation and preparing business contract with business partner
6. Experience in handing pre-entry market research for potential market
7. Sound track record in launching major brands and developing new market.
8. Solid international trade knowledge and international sales experience, familiar with foreign trade business process and product international registration process
9. Good experience in project management and implementation
10. Successful experience in brand and business development with a keen market insight
11. Good experience in planning and prioritizing work to meet
12. Have the core competencies of deliver results, customer focus, manage complexity etc.
13. Good English skill in writing and speaking
