主要职责和活动Key Accountabilities
1. 收集并更新生产现场数据， 如标准工时、OEE等。
Collect and update onsite production data, such as standard work time, OEE etc.
2. 协助支持IE 经理推行持续改进项目
Support IE manager to execute local PMS projects
3. 与当地各部门配合，采取尽可能多的措施降低成本，提高效率。
Take as many actions as possible to reduce cost and improve efficiency by interacting with local functions.
3. 监控生产进行的状态，发现并支持解决生产瓶颈问题，保证生产计划（产量，规格，时间等等）的完成；
Monitor production status, find out the bottleneck of production and support for solutions, guarantee the completion of production plan (volume, mix, time etc.) .
4. 支持IE 经理监控运营关键业绩指标，配合总部工业工程部门在本地开展改进项目
Support IE manager to monitor industrial indicators of the plant in order to evaluate their degree of efficiency. Cooperation with HQ IE department to develop local PMS projects in line with the PMS guidelines.
5. 配合IE 经理开展其他与岗位相关的其他工作
Other relevant job related to position.
任职要求Requirements：
1. 本科及以上学历 (经验丰富者可放宽)， 工业工程相关专业。s
Degree: University or above, major in IE or relevant (could be flexible if rich experience).
2. 2年以上生产管理或IE工作经验，熟练掌握八大浪费、IE七大手法、工作布局改善、线平衡优化等IE常用改善手法；
Experience: >2 years’ experience in production management or IE. Proficient in mastering IE improvement techniques such as the Eight Wastes, IE Seven Techniques, work layout improvement, and line balance optimization etc.
3. 认真负责，有较强的沟通表达能力和执行能力，较强的团队意识和合作精神。
Ernest and responsible. Strong communication and execution abilities, strong team spirit and cooperation spirit.
4. 英语六级，口语流利。
CET-6, Good spoken English skills.
