岗位设定目的 Job Purpose
负责车间新设备安装及车间原有设备的改造，确保其按计划投入正常生产.Responsible for new equipment installation and old equipment improvement, to make sure they can put into normal production as planned.
主要职责和活动Key Accountabilities
1.与设备供应商确认设备工艺要求，制定设备安装技术协议Confirm equipment technological requirement with supplier, make equipment installation technical
2.核算申报设备安装辅材，并跟踪材料到货进度Calculate and apply the equipment installation material, track the material purchase progress.
3.制定设备安装进度计划，确保设备安装按照计划完成Make plan for equipment installation, make sure the installation can finish as planned.
4.跟踪设备安装全过程，维护安装现场秩序，管理安装公司工作，保证安装工作顺利进，完工Track the installation progress of equipment, keep order of installation site, manage installation company work, to make sure the installation work can finish smoothly.
5.协助设备调试工作Give support for the equipment commissioning.
6.总结设备安装调试中出现的问题，制定问题清单，督促安装公司与设备厂家改进，确保设备按时投产Summarize the problem during installation and commissioning, do the open-list, push the installation company and supplier to solve them, make sure the equipment can be produced in time.
7.设备生产后续跟踪，设备验收Tracking the equipment producing and acceptance.

1.本科及以上学历，机械工程专业；Bacholar,major of related mechanical( could be flexible if rich experience);

1．生产计划：与生产部生产计划及时沟通,确定设备投产日期。 production plan: communicate with production planner, confirm the machine produce time.
2．工程部：与工程部维修人员一起进行调试工作，共同解决设备调试中出现的问题。Maintenance: work together during the commissioning and solve problems happened during commissioning.
3．质量控制部：与质量控制人员及时沟通协调并解决调试过程中出现的质量问题 Quality Control: Communicate with quality people to solve the quality problems timely during commissioning.
4．安检部：与安检部安全管理人员协调关于安全生产操作方面的事宜 HSE: coordinate with HSE management about safety operation issue
5．工业工程部：配合工业工程部提升生产效率IE department: work with IE to improve the production efficiency
6．研发部：配合研发人员开展新产品和新工艺的研发和工业化工作R&D, work with R&D to develop new product and new process and industrial work
7．采购：向采购部门提供安装材料的清单Purchasing department: Provide the material list for installation. • 公司外Outside the Company
1.安装公司：管理安装公司在设备安装过程中工作，督促其按照安装计划和技术协议完成安装工作。 Installation company: manage the installation company work during the installation, push them to finish the work as plan and technical agreement request. :
