Principle Activities：
• Recognize and document QM system/process deviations (e.g. missing employee orientation plans, etc.) across several plant sites; implement appropriate measures in the center and at several sites

• Obtain all relevant instructions from customer

• Obtain/ order and view testing/inspection plans and drawing documentation, including customer and supplier specifications

• Coordinate complex tests/inspections related to product safety
• 协调产品安全相关的复杂的测试/检验
• Assure the creation of evaluations, the documentation of results, the recognition of deviations and the development of suggestions in cooperation with the customer; check the effectiveness of remedial actions
• 确保与客户合作，评估和记录结果，识别偏差并提出建议，检查补救措施的有效性
• Create extensive, complex series reports according to external customer requirements
• 根据外部客户要求创建范围广的，复杂的系列性质的报告
• Develop alternative methods for safety-related quality assurance/testing
• 根据外部客户要求开发产品安全质量相关的质量保证/测试的替代方法
• Coordinate the creation of documentation, taking into account customer-specific guidelines
• 协调文件的创建，并考虑到客户的特殊指导要求
• Perform trainings in the plant for the topic of "product safety and product liability" with focus on relationship between safety relevant characteristics and production process
• 在工厂进行“产品安全与产品责任”主题的培训，重点是安全相关特性与生产过程之间的关系
• Monitor to determine whether the applicable guidelines have been implemented (such as COP testing). Record the results, introduce corrective actions for deviations. Recognize and document deviation and ensure the implementation of appropriate measures.

• Conduct docu-audits, including documentation of the audit results. Initiate corrective actions in case of deviations.

• Conduct misuse tests, including documentation of results and initiation of corrective actions in case of deviations. Develop and plan complex tests to analyze defects and non conformities.

• Interface with the PSCR group, complete and keep improving the working according the internal and external announced requirements.(eg. Daily, weekly check and monthly report as required.)

• Assure the required reporting channels are followed in case of COP deployment anomalies and safety issues reported from the field. Assure the checking of interactions of several component groups for safety functonal reliability

• Comply with company EHS management rules, know the factory and work area environmental factors and hazards, perform the post responsibility what described in the safe production responsibility system.”

• Evaluate the newly changed and announced process or standards which are within the working scope.

Job and Work Requirements：
• Professional/graduate education (experienced professional) usually acquired through a bachelor’s degree.
• More than 5 years of experience in a specialized field. FMEA experience in automotive or related industry.
• 5年以上专业领域工作经验。有汽车或相关行业的FMEA经验。
• Deep knowledge of the Quality management system, and the Quality tools.
• 深度拥有质量管理体系和质量工具方面的知识
• Design/set up methods of resolution for differing situations, including detailed analysis of the situation/causes
