Objective of job
• Perform emergency medical care in case of illnesses as well as medical/caring measures.
• Be responsible for occupational health as well as implement relevant legal and internal regulations on the plant site
Principle Activities
• Work as the nurse to deal with the staff with health trouble or work injury
• Own basic knowledge of general disease and the handling measures
• Order the medicine monthly and fill the first -aid boxes and Medicine box
• Be responsible for the plant clinic management
• Assist HR department to check sick leave
• Filling out clinic weekly, monthly, annually report
• Assist the yearly checkup and occupational health monitoring
• Take care of the document archive of occupational health management
• Organize the first aid training and lead the first aid volunteer team
• Responsible plant special working permit management
• Responsible plant gate access register management
• Responsible plant PPE storage management, such as safety shoes
• Responsible some site suppliers management, such as canteen, scrap
• Implement EHS laws and regulations, and be responsible for EHS work within the scope of work
• Other tasks from the supervisor
Job requirements
• Graduated from a nurse school with Nurse certificate
• 5 years of experience as similar position
• Familiar with word, excel and outlook
• Basic spoken English, able to write English emails
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to learn and challenge new thing , good team player
