Objective of job/工作目标

Be responsible to repair and maintenance of equipment, laminating machines, injection molding machines, foaming machines , stamping machines , milling machines , roof conveyor system etc. ensuring the availability of equipment.

• 负责车间设备维修及维护.如复合机，注塑机，焊接机，发泡，冲切，铣削，天体库等，以确保设备的可用性。

Principle activities/工作内容

Participate in equipment Install and adjustment.

参加设备安装和调整。

• Repaired & maintain and overhaul work the equipment, conduct test runs and create appropriate documentation.

  维修和保养和大修设备，进行测试运行并创建适当的文档。

• Participate in the analysis of complex problems/errors.

  参与复杂问题/错误的分析。

• Cooperate in information flows within the involved specialist departments and to supervisors.

  在相关专业部门内部和主管之间合作进行信息交流.

• Apply Optimain System during machine maintenance and repair.

  在机器维护和修理期间应用Optimain系统。

• Conduct the installation and relocation of equipment.

  进行设备的安装和搬迁。

• Activities from Service Technician Level 11.

  掌握11级维修技术员工作。

• Obey the department work arrangement and personnel arrangement.

  服从部门的工作安排和人员安排。

• Perform TPM tasks.

• 执行TPM任务。

Job requirements/要求

Major in integrate of electrical Automation or relative, graduated from college (3 years) or above.

• 机电自动化或相关专业大专以上学历。

• With a special work operation license.

• 有特种作业证。

• 3 years maintenance working experience.

  3年以上维修工作经验。

• With strong independent operating capability.

  很强的独立操作能力。

• With team work spirit.

• 具有良好的团队合作能力。

• Be competent for 3 shifts work.

  适应三班倒班工作。

• Basic computer knowledge and skills.

  计算机基础知识及操作。
