1.本科及以上学历，5年以上智能座舱产品相关工作经验，有完整产品交付经验者优先。

Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of product-related experience in the smart cockpit domain, preferably with experience delivering complete cockpit solutions.

2.具备优秀的跨团队沟通协调能力，能够带领设计、研发、测试团队完成产品开发全流程。

Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, capable of leading design, development, and testing teams throughout the entire product lifecycle.

3.具备流畅的英语口头和书面沟通能力，具有外企或国际团队合作经验者优先。

Excellent English skills, capable of fluent verbal and written communication, preferably with previous experience in multinational corporations or international teams.

4.对智能座舱领域充满热情和创造力，积极推动产品创新与持续改进。

Passionate and creative in the smart cockpit domain, proactive in driving product innovation and continuous improvement.
