Responsibilities
* Responsible for or supporting elevator system design and optimization to ensure compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
* Lead or co-lead system-level solution development, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive project execution.
* Participate in product testing and evaluation, resolve or support complex technical issues, and improve design robustness.
* Lead or co-lead process improvement, promoting technical standardization and best practices.
* Maintain and manage Common Platform system documents, ensuring proper structure and logic.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
* ≥3 years of experience in system engineering or related fields; elevator industry experience preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
* CET-4 and above; good written and oral English is preferred.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office; programming skills preferred.
* Strong sense of ownership and responsibility; result-oriented.
* Creative, open-minded, energetic, with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Logical thinker with a proactive attitude.
