Responsibilities
• Provide engineering and technical support for Project Modification team supporting key accounts
• Assist to supervise modernization project in carrying out the project plan
• Ensure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirement
• Monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate and work closely with Government sectors such as EMSD and Housing Authority to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Champion Quality, Safety and Cost control
Requirements
• Degree holder or above in Building Services / Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent
• 5-8 years' project management experience in E&M/ Construction field
• Experience in Otis lift and new installation project is highly preferable
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive
• Able to work under pressure
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
