职位信息

1. Participate in ERP system strategy, solution optimization, and lead ongoing operations.
参与公司EPR 系统策略制定，方案优化及主导持续化运行
2. Work with departments (Finance, Supply Chain, warehouse, Sales) for gathering requirements, prioritize needs, analyze and map current working processes, define ERP-enabled solutions.
与各部门（财务、采购、物流、销售）合作，收集需求，确定需求的优先级，分析和绘制当前的工作流程，确定ERP 的解决方案。
3. Oversee ERP-related projects from conception to delivery, track development progress, coordinate testing (UAT), and ensure on-time delivery with meet the quality
全面负责ERP相关项目，从概念设计到交付，跟踪开发进度，协调测试（用户验收测试），并确保按时交付且符合质量要求
4. System daily maintenance and support, monitor system activities, interfaces and batch jobs etc., troubleshooting, and follow-up resolution to ensure stable system operation
系统日常维护和支持：监控系统活动、接口和批处理作业等，进行故障排除，并跟进解决问题，以确保系统稳定运行
5. End-User Support & Training
终端用户支持和培训
6. Manage relationships with external vendors or implementation partners as needed.
管理外部供应商或实施合作伙伴的系统相关对接工作
7. Other tasks as requested by management.
领导交待其他工作

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree and above, major in computer science, business analysis etc.,

本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息管理或相关专业。
2. 5 years + working experience

5年以上相关工作经验
3. Strong understanding of business processes and ERP system functionalities and integration
对公司业务流程、ERP系统功能及集成有深入的了解
4. Familiar with maintenance and supporting of ERP systems: SAP, Kingdee ERP,e-commerce Wangdiantong/Jushuitan etc.
熟悉主流ERP系统运维工作 : SAP、金智CRM、钉钉系统、电商等
5. Fluent in English language
英文流利
