Main responsibilities：

1) To work alongside the kindergarten teacher to create an environment in which the students’ learning flourishes and take part in the planning and preparation for learning；

2) To maintain discipline in the manner agreed and set out in the policy；

3) To be involved in the assessment of students；

4) To show an avid interest in setting up both the indoor and outdoor environment. Fellows will have the ability, or growing interest to work with a fluid environment, changing the provision in response to children's interests；

5)To show an avid interest in practicing in an authentically responsive way；

6) To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service in the school；

Job Requirement

1) Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is essential；

2) Teaching Qualification is an advantage；

3) Excellent English skills；

4)Experience of working with students in a school environment is desirable；
