Principal Accountability
• Manage business project and cooperate management cross whole project lifecycle.
• Understand and manage client expectation
• Integrate and manage all aspects of project execution against agreed project scope and objectives. This includes assessing and seeking approval of scope changes as required
• Facilitate communication and cooperation cross different parties (External client, Internal client, Vendor, internal IT, Operation, Regional/Global support)
• Manage and report on risks and issues. This includes maintaining a project register.
• Analyze business reequipments and optimize business operation processes.
• Assess and design appropriate technical solutions based on business requirements
• Collaborate with Security team throughout solution development lifecycle

Expected Experiences
• 5 +years application development experience
• 3 +years project management experience of IT application delivery
• Insurance company work experience a plus
