岗位职责:

1、结合区域经营目标及推进策略，制定工作计划
2、根据区域制定重点客户目标，执行推广计划，包括OPD、推广会、客户拜访等活动
3、更新区域内客户/产品信息的日常管理与信息录入，维护客户关系，协同推动项目达成
4、使用管理工具，分类管理稳定、上量及新开用户的区域目标达成
5、按照公司管理要求，确保区域业务推进时效与质量达标

1. 本科以上，有医学、药学、护理学专业背景为佳。
2. 相关工作经验3年以上，需要具备一定的渠道管理能力及大单谈判能力。（必须）
3. 积极乐观，善于沟通，不畏困难，敢于挑战。
4. 具备一定的抗压能力，能接受高频出差。
