Responsibilities:

Oversee the full production cycle: from concept development to final content
delivery;

Identify and coordinate interviews with guests, experts, and commentators;

Communicate with Chinese partners and government agencies to obtain filming
permits and support;

Find and manage local stringers, filming crews, and contractors;

Organize and participate in official meetings, prepare and deliver
presentations on behalf of the editorial team;

Assist in organizing negotiations and events, manage administrative and
logistical tasks;

Support editorial projects and contribute to the development of special content
initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in journalism, preferably as a producer or in a
related media role;

Fluent spoken and written Chinese, with strong business communication and
correspondence skills;

Proficiency in English (C1 level) or native/near-native Russian;

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously;

Experience in preparing presentations and conducting negotiations;

Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent the team at
official meetings;

Proactive attitude, creative thinking, and ability to problem-solve under
pressure;

Prior experience living abroad is highly desirable;

Familiarity with Chinese media environment and state institutions is an
advantage.
