Work location: Machong, Dongguan (daily company shuttle from Guangzhou to Dongguan).
Provide high-impact executive support to GM, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, ensuring operational follow-through, and delivering bilingual documentation and analytical support.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day executive support to the General Manager; facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication.
- Serve as a translator, providing translation and documentation support for relevant reports and materials .
- Prepare recurring management reports—monthly performance, sales bonus calculations, sales dashboards, budgets—and other data analyses requested by management.
- Track and drive the execution of decisions, measures, and action plans across departments; follow up on deliverables and ensure timely submission of required reports.
- Plan and run the General Manager’s meetings: scheduling, agenda setting, logistics, and minute-taking; draft and issue resolutions, notices, and follow-up communications.
- Monitor and analyze business performance and operational metrics, delivering data-driven insights to support the General Manager’s decision-making.
- Manage GM' s calendar and appointments/interviews; handle reimbursements and arrange end-to-end travel (flights, hotels, itineraries).
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related discipline.
- TEM-8 (Test for English Majors Band 8) or an equivalent English-proficiency qualification.
- At least 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant/secretary supporting senior management in a multinational/foreign-invested company.
- Excellent command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with solid analytical ability.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, data-sensitive, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
