MAIN DUTIES
- Following a supplier audit give his/her approval to enter a supplier into the Commodity Approved Vendor List (AVL) and then coordinate the supplier qualification at site level
- Make sure the technical specifications and drawings are in line with the supplier’s documentation
- Perform analysis on supplier First article inspection & process capability (Cm/Cmk – Pp/Ppk – Cp/Cpk) data
- Work closely with the incoming inspection team to provide guidance and recommendation
- Implement quality process audit and quality product audits when required,
- Implement Supplier Quality Management Program (SQMP) with all major suppliers of tools and components,
- Follow-up quality certification status for all strategic suppliers
- Drive corrective and preventive action program, continuously improve the accuracy of test and calibration equipment at suppliers,
- Maintain monthly and/or develop the standard quality measurement tools (DPPM, CPMS, …),
- Participate and support to sites and company quality procedures,
- Participate and support to choose the appropriate supplier for new project ,
- Conduct supplier quality training sessions internally and if appropriate with suppliers (SQMP, Cpk, FMEA, PPAP, 8D reports…),
- In line the activity and coordinate with Global Supplier Development team.
- Ensure suppliers to comply with environment requirements.

REQUIRED:
- Bachelor or Advanced degree in engineering, quality or related field
- At least 4 years experience of supplier quality.
