岗位职责:Job description:
1，根据项目需求，负责编制相应的技术规范，并指导制造过程中的技术问题解决
According to the project requirements, prepare the corresponding technical specifications, and guide the solution of technical problems in the manufacturing process.
2、负责充电桩产品的设计、研发和测试工作，主导充电桩产品全生命周期的开
工作。
Responsible for the design, development and testing of charger products, and lea development of the whole life cycle of charging pile products.
3，负责充电桩领域关键技术问题的研究和解决;
Responsible for the research and solution of key technical problems in the field of charger.
4、指导充电桩产品的的组装、测试，确保产品质量和可靠性;
Guide the assembly and testing of charger products to ensure product quality and reliability.
5、撰写充电桩的研发文档，包括设计文档、测试报告等;
Write the research and development documents of charging pile, including design documents, test reports,etc.;
6、负责产品测试和调试工作。
Responsible for product testing and debugging.
7、能尽职尽责的完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
Be conscientious and responsible to complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

任职要求:Job requirements:
1.本科及以上学历，自动化，电力电子及机械设计制造等相关专业;
Bachelor degree or above, major in automation, power electronics and mechanical design and manufacturing;
2.有较强工作能力，能够协同硬件，软件，结构等领域开展工作;
Strong working ability, able to cooperate with hardware, software, mechanical and other fields;
3.熟悉充电桩产品的设计、开发流程;
Familiar with the design and development process of charger products;
4.有Webasto充电桩相关产品设计经验者优先;
Experience in Webasto charger related product design is preferred;
5.积极主动、善于表达、团队合作性强。
