1. Establish and maintain structure and process to ensure governance and compliance with global function-al standards;

负责建立、维护组织结构和流程并确保遵守相关职能标准

2. Monthly plant target setting (KPI) base on latest volume forecast to meet budget target. Deviation analysis among Actual/Forecast/budget;

负责基于产量预测设定每月工厂目标（KPI），根据实际费用、预计花费及预算做出财务分析

3. Monthly management report preparation and deviation explanation to plant management team and region controlling team;

负责每月向管理层团队汇报财务使用状况

4. Plant overhead control and deviation analysis to work with each function to find cost reduction opportunity;

负责工厂开销控制和财务分析，与各部门合作，寻找降低成本的机会

5. Indirect spending control to make the actual spending under control;

负责间接支出控制，使实际支出得到控制

6. Working capital control to meet the target. Strengthen DIO/DPO/DSO analysis to improve the result with related functions;

负责把营运资金控制在目标范围内，加强DIO/DPO/DSO分析以帮助各个相关部门改进

7. Liquidity planning to prepare 12 weeks rolling cash forecast and quarterly FX exposure forecast to ensure most realistic and accuracy;

负责变现能力规划，准备12周现金预测和季度外汇预测，以确保最真实准确

8. Keep smooth communication with FSSC/CSSC to ensure accounting booking and controlling area correctly;

负责与FSSC/CSSC保持沟通，确保会计预提及财务管理结果正确

9. Budget planning in good quality;

负责预算规划

10. Capex control under in budget;

负责将资本支出控制在预算范围内

11. Other duties and assignments given by Cluster Financial Controller;

负责集群财务总监赋予的其他职责和任务

12. Be responsible for department 5S management.

负责部门5S管理







任职资格

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting required

财务/会计专业本科学历

2. More than 5 years working experiences in finance/controlling, 3 years experiences in plant controller position in sized manufacturing plant, auto business experience preferred.

5年以上财务/控制工作经验，3年以上大型制造厂财务控制工作经验，有汽车业务经验者优先

3. Be familiar with IFRS and China GAAP

熟悉IFRS和中国GAAP

4. Communicated in English.

能良好地用英语沟通

5. Be skillful with SAP ERP system FI/CO module.

熟练使用SAP ERP系统FI / CO模块

6. Be familiar with Excel, Word and PPT.
