职位描述
Duties:
1. Manage all financial and operational accounting activities including monthly closings, AP/AR, tax declaring,cash management, cost accounting, budgeting, audits, etc.
2. Coordination with local accounting firm for annal audits and tax preparation work.
3. Set up internal accounting regulations & system, ensure adequate control environment exists-implement ,Corporate accounting and control policies and procedures.
4. Coordinating and driving Strategic Planning,Annual Budgeting & planning Processes,financial analyses process,etc.
5. Work closely with HQ,and operation leaders to provide needed financial counsel and support for decision making,and in-depth financial and operational analysis to drive profitable and sustainable business growth and operation productivity improvement.
6. ERP system implementation & maintenance.
7. Team building, training & development, Help team number grow.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above
More than 8 years working experience in financial Department in manufacturing industry
Team management experience
Good cooperation skill
Fluent in English
