Core Responsibilities:
Estabilsh QC inspection instruction, Estabilsh Gauge instruction and maintenance control plan;
负责制定检验指导书，制定检具作业指导书和维护控制计划
Train the inspector according to inspection instruction and relative quality standard;
负责根据检验指导书和有关质量标准对检验员进行培训
Monitor the quality performance and collect the quality data to finish Quality report; Dig out Quality improvement opportunity and push for improvement
监控质量表现收集质量数据完成质量报告; 挖掘质量改善机会并促成改善。
Be responsible for gauge management.
负责检具的管理。
Handle NOK issue and roles as owner with CFT to close correction;
负责处理内部质量问题，并整合相关职能部门完成闭环改善。
Deal with the customer quality issue and feedback the 8D report to customer;
负责处理客户质量问题，并将8D报告反馈给客户;
Implement the internal system audit, process audit and product audit;
实施内部系统审核、流程审核和产品审核。
Finish other task from Manager;
完成管理者布置的其他任务

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Full time junior college or above in mechanical engineering or Automotive manufacturing related major.
机械工程或汽车制造相关专业，大专以上学历 。
Knowledge of heat press forming processes, also welding process;
熟悉热冲压成型和焊接工艺
Knowledge of GD&T and understand the drawing well.
熟悉形位公差，可正确识图。
Minimum of 3 years experience in Automobile industry for Quality Control;
三年以上汽车行业质量控制经验 。
Knowledge in IATF 16949/ APQP/FMEA/MSA/PPAP/SPC，and has good practice for FMEA/ CP &MSA.
熟悉IATF 16949,了解五大工具。有实操FMEA/CP和MSA经验。
Knowledge of 8D and has good practice;
熟悉8D工具并有运用经验。
Good communication skill; be flexible with open mind.
良好的沟通能力,灵活易于沟通。
Excellent written and reading English, good oral english is a plus.
优秀的英语读写能力，英语口语优秀是加分项。
