3. Assist in the management of crew members.
Job requirements:
1. Strong sense of work responsibility;
2. Good communication skills;
3. Capable of English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
4. Priority will be given to those with experience in crew deployment or crew work;
5. Junior college degree or above;
6. Age 30-40 is preferred;
7. Capable of enduring hardship and willing to work with the company for long-term development.
