工作内容：
Follow the company Quality standard, supervise the production process, and control products quality.
遵循公司质量标准，监督生产过程，控制产品质量。
Projects/Orders production’s follow-up and coordination. Keep close daily communication with suppliers.
项目/订单生产的跟进与协调与供应商保持密切的日常沟通。
Inspection during the production in the factory & before delivery according to the masterpiece & drawing. Process QC schedule according to the lead time & delivery time.
在工厂生产过程中和交货前根据杰作和图纸进行检验。根据生产周期和发货时间，安排质检行程
QC report with photo & checking list – suggestions and comments if any problem to sales team.
出货前制作质检报告，附有照片和检验清单，若有任何问题，请及时通知销售并提出可行性建议。
Assist the merchandising team regarding supplier qualification (factory visit and audit, supplier education etc.)
协助采购团队进行供应商资格认证(工厂参观和审核，供应商培训等).
Be responsible for customer claim issue, offering analyze report, solution and preventive action plan and improve internal control document. And be able to be on site for installing, replacement issues (For example, Screwing, loose the joint, painting make up…)
负责处理客诉案件，提供分析报告、解决方案和预防措施计划，完善内控文件。并能和工厂协作进行现场安装、更换等问题 (如: 螺丝拧紧、接头松动、喷漆修补……)
Regular visit the suppliers & follow up with outstanding issues.
其他供应商特殊情况的处理。
职位要求：
1.专科及以上学历，家具相关专业
2.3+Years Furniture QC Experience.
三年以上家具质检经验。
3.Familiar with all kinds of furniture material. Familiar the production of furniture.
熟悉各种家具物料。熟悉家具的生产流程。
4.Strong following up skills, sense of attention to details.
较强的跟进技能，并注重细节。
5.Ability to represent the company for negotiation and communication.
能代表公司对外交流和谈判。
6.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
能在快节奏的环境中工作。
7.Able to read and write in English. Preferrable with English speaking/communication.
能够英语阅读、书写。会使用英语口头沟通者优先。
8. Be able to travel frequently.
能适应经常出差。
